Mounds View Square
Benson-Orth recently completed exterior and interior renovations at the Moundsview Square retail center for Paster Enterprises. The 3,613 SF multi-tenant building (formerly Hardees’) will have three new tenants, including Caribou Coffee. The exterior of the building was completely refurbished and a new drive thru, outdoor patio and canvas awnings were added. Each tenant space was provided with a new entrance, public restroom and a vanilla shell space. The project was designed by KKE Architects and was managed for Benson-Orth Associates by Tom Osterberg and Bill Pappas.
