Plymouth-based Benson-Orth Associates Inc. announced that the general contractor is in various stages of building four Walgreens pharmacies for developers across the state in Roseville, New Prague, Rochester and Grand Rapids.
Benson-Orth completed a 14,450 square foot store in New Prague late last fall; the store celebrates its grand opening in March. Construction on the 14,450 square foot Grand Rapids store is set to wrap up in late February.
Demolition and site preparation work began in Roseville in January for a new 14,820 square foot store at Rice Street and County Road C. Construction is expected to begin on the new 12,874 square foot store in Rochester in late February.
The Deerfield, Ill.-based Walgreen Co. operates more than 7,100 pharmacies across the country.
