| The industry standard is to warrant workmanship
and products for a period of one year from the time of occupancy.
Benson-Orth offers a Two Year Warranty and a Three Year Service
Program on all comercial buildings. A walk through of the major
systems will be conducted every six months for three years.
Major systems include: Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing and
