The phased project included demolition of an existing retail bay, reposition several tenants, a full exterior renovation of the center. The next phase includes for a new Walgreens store that recently started construction. The project is being managed by Tom Osterberg and Don Hand. Design services are being provided by KKE Architects of Minneapolis.
