The project is located on the SW corner of Co. Rd. C and Rice Street. When the store is opened for business, Benson-Orth will demolish the existing Walgreens store and replace the parking lot. The The project is being developed by Semper Development, designed by The Albion Group and managed by Tom Osterberg and Brian Windschitl. This is the fifth Walgreens project Benson-Orth has completed.
