The two components of the project include 3-story 50-units of senior housing with underground parking and a 11,000 SF retail component on main level with on grade parking. Kings Crossing Apartments, a HUD 202 project, is being developed by Episcopal Homes of Minnesota. Frogtown Square, the retail component is being developed by NEDU. The Kings Crossing project is being financed by HUD. The project was designed by TWP Architects and is being managed by Todd Lutgen and Mark Carriveau. A January 2011 completion is expected.
