River Bluff Apartments
Shakopee Supportive Housing
Benson-Orth Associates recently completed River Bluffs Apartments, a 22-unit handicap housing project developed by Accessible Space Inc. and National Handicap Housing Institute. The 3-story wood frame project, designed by InSite Architects, includes (16) one-bedroom units and (6) two-bedroom units and on-site parking for low-income adults with physical disabilities. The project is being financed by the HUD 811 program.
