Wahkonsa Manor Apartments
Benson-Orth has completed the extensive renovation and remodeling project at the Wahkonsa Manor Apartments in Fort Dodge, IA for Dominum Management. The project scope included extensive interior and exterior renovations on the 5-story building with a basement. The renovated Wahkonsa Manor has 76 one and two-bedroom units on floors 2-5. The basement has several retail bays and residential storage areas and the 1st floor area includes retail area, commons and service area (dining, nursing, administrative offices, etc.) The project is designed by BKV Group and managed by Curt Sohn and Tim Johnson.
