This 53,000 sq. ft. building was developed on a re-development parcel in the North Washington Industrial Park. Benson-Orth provided all the coordination with the Minneapolis Community Development Agency and other city agencies. Benson-Orth also assisted in arranging the financing through a tax exempt mortgage funded by a life insurance company. The building houses corporate offices and production areas for a highly diversified graphics company.
