Lund Industries' new 228,000 sq. ft. corporate facility served as the 'kick-off' project for Anoka's Enterprise Park. Benson-Orth Associates developed the project from site selection, land purchase, and city approvals through construction. Lund Industries selected Benson-Orth as General Contractor based on their trust in BOA to be accountable for an on-time, budget-conscious design/build project. "Although we made numerous changes, the completion deadline was still maintained; our critical deadline was met," commented Lund's CEO.
