Festival Foods & Vadnais Retail Center
Vadnais Square is 125,000 sf. retail center with a 51,080 sf. Festival Foods as the anchor tenant. The construction commenced in June 1999 and Festival opened for business in November 1999. It took Benson-Orth Associates only 5 months to complete not only the construction of the project, but BOA worked on coordinating the store setup with Festival Foods during the construction process. This project was completed in 35% less time then normal due to a fast track construction schedule in which major construction trades worked a 6 day, 10 hour schedule to complete the project. BOA delivered a high quality project in record time and without any punch list items required at turnover.
