Oxboro Medical Center
This medical office building contains 60,000 square feet of space. BTO Development was the turn key developer of the project with Benson-Orth as the General Contractor. Fairview Development Company acquired the building upon it's completion in 1987. The project was part of the Oxboro Redevelopment District located in Bloomington. Together, the Oxboro Associates development team, BTO Development and Besnson-Orth Associates completed Phase I and II of the redevelopment district.
