Scneiderman's Furniture
Benson-Orth Associates completed construction of a new Schneiderman’s Furniture store at 1600 Annapolis Lane N. in Plymouth in fall 2004. The renovation and conversion of the former Forward Technologies building provides a 130,000 sf showroom/warehouse space on two levels. The project includes 102 new columns to support the construction to add 16 feet to the existing outside walls, in order to facilitate a new 2nd floor mezzanine. The entire exterior of the building was also refaced. The new large-format store was turned over to Schneiderman’s Furniture for their October 2004 Grand Opening.
