Carson Street Station
Benson-Orth Associates completed construction for H.J. Development on Carson Street Station, an upscale retail development in January 2007. There are 25,000 SF of new retail in the two buildings. The project is located at the intersection of Highway 169 and Main Street in Elk River. Architectural services are being provided by Pope Associates and Architectural Design Group. The project was managed by Tom Osterberg and Brian Windshitl.
