Benson-Orth continues to set the standard and lead the way in Design/Build General Construction.
Here is just a sampling of our projects.
Good Samaritan Robbinsdale - In September, Benson-Orth General Contractors, Plymouth, MN broke ground on a new 96 bed, skilled care facility in Robbinsdale, MN. This is the latest in a long line of community beneficial community projects for Good Samaritan, Sioux Falls, SD. This is also the third skilled care facility built between Good Samaritan and Benson-Orth, the others being in Inver Grove Heights, MN and Alliance, NE. Kirk Velett with InSite Architects worked hand in hand with Good Samaritan and Benson-Orth to make this design/build project successful for all. This state of the art 4 level facility has three levels of skilled nursing care as well as dining, therapy and fitness. This care facility provides outpatient and short term rehabilitation in addition to specialty care, home and community services. This project is located at 3815 West Broadway, Robbindale, MN and is expected to be ready for occupancy in the fall of 2012.
Minnesota Teen Challenge - Benson-Orth is constructing the tennant improvementsof existing 4th & 5th floors for a 50-bed womens supportive housing facility including office space, education space, dining and chapel.
Project Updates
Ballantrae Apartments - Benson-Orth recently completed a 2,200 SF Community Building for Ballantrae Apartments in Eagan, MN. The Community Building includes new offices, bath/shower facilities, exercise room and large community/party room. Residents were eagerly awaiting the new facility.
Village Square - Benson-Orth has recently completed Phase 1 for Village Green Shopping Center. The highlights of Phase 1 were the addition of Jimmy John's and Toppers Pizza. Village Square is located at the intersection of Interstate 494 & Portland Avenue.
Total Hockey – Benson-Orth has completed our fifth Total Hockey store in the Twin Cities. The 14,247 SF store is located in the retail center in NW quadrant of 494 & France Ave. Benson-Orth is also pleased to announce we will be adding two addidtional stores in Pittsburgh, PA.
Walgreens – Benson-Orth General Contractors, Plymouth, MN is pleased to announce the closeout of another Walgreen’s Store in Duluth, MN. This new and unique 16K sf store was designed and built to capture the look and feel of Historic Duluth while utilizing the modern convenience of two drive-thru pharmacy windows. Overlooking Lake Superior, this Walgreen’s store is the latest in a line of crowning achievements between Walgreen’s and Benson-Orth General Contractors.
