As the Owner and C.O.O. of a custom home builder, Tim has built over 100 custom homes in the Twin Cities. He served as the client contact, project manager and superintendent on most projects.
Tim broke ground in late November on Audubon Crossings, a new 30-unit affordable apartment complex being developed by MetroPlains Development in Minneapolis. Tim is currently setting second floor trusses and framing on the 3-story wood framed structure.
Tim and his wife Mary live in Montrose with their three children.
